Don't have the time OR money to do regular personal training? Are you often traveling with work?Now, you can rain virtually with Centerfit! An online personal trainer can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space.
Your workouts will be available online/via the app and will include:
an individualized program to fit into the space/equipment that you have available
video instruction for each exercise
check ins for your workouts
ability to track your progress
monitoring of the programs by your trainer
message the trainer directly any time
