I create online fitness programs for young professional women so that they can improve their strength, confidence and overall wellbeing through structured programs that also have the flexibility needed to fit into busy schedules.

How did I get here? Both fitness and athletics have always been a part of my life. I began working one on one with clients back in 2003. Over the years as the fitness industry changed and technology/apps have moved in. So in 2018 I began to train clients ‘online.’ I wanted to find ways to deliver a program that could fit into your life, and hold you accountable to gain results and reach your goals.

Now, I’m a full-time online personal trainer. I have created a successful signature program that has delivered results to hundreds of women JUST LIKE YOU!

And for those of you lucky enough to live in YYC, I also run outdoor group classes.

About me:

I was born and raised in Saskatoon SK.

I have a B Sc in Kinesiology from UofS, and I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist with CSEP.

I currently live in Calgary AB (and have been for 18 years). As much as I love this city, I try to spend as much of my free time outside, in nature, outside of the city limits!!

And I thought I’d share a few “fun facts” that you may not know about me:

1. I am a retired muay Thai fighter

I started training Muay Thai for fun and fitness back in 2009, I stepped into the ring for the first time in 2011, and retired in 2015 with 20 fights under my belt. Along with 3 North American Titles and I won a Bronze medal at the IFMA World Championships.

I haven’t completely hung up my gloves, I instruct classes and I still train in Muay Thai (and continue to LOVE it!)

2. The ocean fuels my soul

I generally try to get myself near (or preferably in) the ocean as much as possible. There is something about the wind in my hair and the sand in my toes that makes me feel whole!

The mountains are my second choice, as they can also fill my cup. (and they are right in my backyard!)

3. I’m a bit of a nerd

I love learning and I love reading.

I am even in a book club with a bunch of fierce ladies that also love fitness, we call ourselves the “Sweaty Bitches that like to Read”
