There are 4 different class options this Summer:
Tough Mutha Bootcamp - Tuesdays at 7:45pm (12 weeks)
Women's only Kickboxing - Tuesdays at 6:30pm (12 weeks)
Run Club - Wednesdays at 6:15pm (10 weeks)
Drillfit Bootcamp - Thursdays at 5:15pm (6 weeks)

Need a goal to help keep you motivated?
Join Janice and her clients as they make great personal achievements this year. We are training for the following events. If you are interested in completing any of these races, Janice will set you up on a training program and get you in touch with others with a similar goal to train with.
