NEW THIS FALL!!!! We are offering a 3 week September Add-On option for those of you ready to get started with Bootcamp or Kickboxing before the new session starts. Start classes the week of September 6th without paying the drop in rates. Get registered online
We are offering 3 different class options. Bootcamp, Speed Class, and Women's Only Kickboxing.
Bootcamp is offered on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Tough Mutha class runs for 12 weeks (Tuesdays at 7:45pm) and Drillfit (Thursdays at 5:15pm) will be running for 6 weeks.
Women's only Kickboxing is offered on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm for 12 weeks
And our Speed Class will be running at 6:15pm on Wednesday evenings in August and September. It will move to Thursday evenings starting Oct 1st

Join Janice and her clients as they make great personal achievements this year. We are training for the following events. If you are interested in completing any of these races, Janice will set you up on a training program and get you in touch with others with a similar goal to train with.
