Basic Strength Training Exercises

Simple Movement Patterns

Focus on overall strength/fitness/conditioning

Slower paced class

Little or no experience is required

Exercises can be adjusted/modified for individuals with Injuries or Chronic Conditions

Level 2

Intermediate Strength Training Exercises

Intro to Complex Movement Patterns

Will still include some basics

Some Plyometrics will be included

Quicker paced class

Average fitness level/ Intermediate skill level required

Level 3

Advanced Strength Training Exercises

Complex Movement Patterns


Higher Intensity Class

Experience is required

Must be Proficient in Strength Training Techniques
