The Mini Spring Session starts May 28th 2017
This class is for individuals of all fitness levels. You will be taken through a variety of exercises and circuit style training. That will push your limits of strength, power, agility, and endurance.
This session starts May 28th and runs for 4 weeks on Mondays at 6:15pm in Edworthy Park, we meet on the North side of the River at picnic tables that are beside that washrooms.
Cost for the Spring Mini Session is transferable for ANY of the 3 bootcamp classes: :
ANY 1 class/week for 4 weeks - $65 + gst
ANY 2 classes/week for 4 weeks - $115 + gst
ALL 3 classes/week for 4 weeks - $150 + gst
6 class punch card is $120 + gst (does not expire)
