Cardio Kickboxing - Winter Session

The Winter Session starts January 9th 2017

Tone your arms, legs, butt and trim your waist as you kick and punch your way to a new fitness level. Lead by Janice (personal trainer, certified fitness kickboxing instructor and Muay Thai champion)

The Winter Session runs for 12 weeks on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. 

Class will meet in the Studio at the Riverside Club

Cost for the Winter Session is: 
12 week session is - $210 + gst
Drop in - $30 + gst (drop in is ONLY available for returning students)
**Gloves are required (and can be purchased in studio)

This class is for individuals of all fitness levels. You will be taken through a variety of exercises and circuit style training. That will push your limits of strength, power, agility, and endurance.

The Winter session starts January 9th and runs every Tuesday at 7:45pm. This is a 12 week session. January 9th - March 27th

Class meets INSIDE. In the studio at the Riverside Club

Cost for the Winter Session is: 
12 week registration - $195 + gst
6 class punch card is $120 + gst
Drop in fee: $25

The Fall Session starts September 26th 2017

This class is for individuals of all fitness levels. You will be taken through a variety of exercises and circuit style training. That will push your limits of strength, power, agility, and endurance.

The Fall session starts September 26th and runs every Tuesday at 7:45pm in Edworthy Park, we meet at picnic site 6. By mid October this class will move INDOORS to the studio at the Riverside Club. This is a 12 week session: September 26th - December 12th

Cost for the Fall Session is
12 week registration - $195 + gst
6 class punch card is $120 + gst (this expires 6 months after purchase)
Drop in fee: $25

The Fall Session starts September 21st 2017

This is an all-inclusive physical training program that combines the knowledge and benefits of working with a personal trainer with the motivation of training in a group atmosphere. This is an OUTDOOR class for the Fall Session

Drillfit uses training techniques that are designed to help you:

  • Decrease your Weight
  • Tone your Body
  • Increase your Strength
  • Increase your Endurance
  • Improve your Health
  • And allow you to feel Great about yourself

Be prepared to work hard, have fun and socialize while we push our limits. This class is designed for individuals with some exercise experience.

The Fall Session runs every Thursday at 5:15pm. This is a 6 week session. September 21st - October 26th

Class meets OUTSIDE in Murdoch Park in Bridgeland

Cost for the Fall Session is drop in ONLY:

Run Club - Fall Session

Run Club - Fall Session

The Fall session of our Run Club starts August 23rd. 

This class will take you through customized running programs for the individual who want to finish their first race, improve their time and/or take their running to the next level.

Classes are offered every Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm for the next 10 weeks. 

We will meet in Edworthy Park (near the washrooms on the North Side) and run along the Bow River Pathway and on various hills in Edworthy Park.

This program will include:

  • interval training
  • hill training
  • tempo runs
  • form improvement
  • full body strengthening
  • running education (footwear, hydration, recovery etc)

Cost of the Fall Program: 

  • 10 Week Class - $85 + gst.
