Work B**CH - Spring Session

The Mini Spring Session starts May 28th 2017

This class is for individuals of all fitness levels. You will be taken through a variety of exercises and circuit style training. That will push your limits of strength, power, agility, and endurance.

This session starts May 28th and runs for 4 weeks on Mondays at 6:15pm in Edworthy Park, we meet on the North side of the River at picnic tables that are beside that washrooms.

Cost for the Spring Mini Session is transferable for ANY of the 3 bootcamp classes: : 
ANY 1 class/week for 4 weeks - $65 + gst
ANY 2 classes/week for 4 weeks - $115 + gst
ALL 3 classes/week for 4 weeks - $150 + gst
6 class punch card is $120 + gst (does not expire)
Drop in fee: $25

The Spring Mini Session starts May 28th 2017

This is an all-inclusive physical training program that combines the knowledge and benefits of working with a personal trainer with the motivation of training in a group atmosphere. This is an OUTDOOR class for the Spring Session

Drillfit uses training techniques that are designed to help you:

  • Decrease your Weight
  • Tone your Body
  • Increase your Strength
  • Increase your Endurance
  • Improve your Health
  • And allow you to feel Great about yourself

Be prepared to work hard, have fun and socialize while we push our limits. This class is designed for individuals with some exercise experience.

The Spring Session runs every Wednesday at 5:15pm. This is a 4 week session. May 28th - June 20th

Class meets OUTSIDE in Edworthy Park, we meet on the north side of the River at the picnic tables that are beside the washrooms

Run Club - Spring Session

The Spring session of our Run Club starts April 11th. 

This class will take you through customized running programs for the individual who want to finish their first race, improve their time and/or take their running to the next level.

Classes are offered every Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm for the next 10 weeks. 

We will meet in Edworthy Park (near the washrooms on the North Side) and run along the Bow River Pathway and on various hills in Edworthy Park.

This program will include:

  • interval training
  • hill training
  • tempo runs
  • form improvement
  • full body strengthening
  • running education (footwear, hydration, recovery etc)

Cost of the Fall Program: 

  • 10 Week Class - $85 + gst.

The Spring session starts April 10th and runs every Tuesday at 7:45pm. This is a 11 week session. April 10th - June 19th

Class now meets OUTSIDE in Edworthy Park at picnic site #6

Cost for the Spring Session is: 
11 week registration - $180 + gst
6 class punch card is $120 + gst
Drop in fee: $25

Tone your arms, legs, butt and trim your waist as you kick and punch your way to a new fitness level. Lead by Janice (personal trainer, certified fitness kickboxing instructor and Muay Thai champion)

The Spring Session runs for 11 weeks on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. 

Class will meet in the Studio at the Riverside Club

Cost for the Spring Session is: 
11 week session is - $1950 + gst
Drop in - $30 + gst (drop in is ONLY available for returning students)
**Gloves are required

The Fall Session starts September 26th 2017

12 week session is - $210 + gst
Drop in - $30 + gst (drop in is ONLY available for returning students)
