Beginner/Intermediate Runners

Customized Running Programs for the individual who want to finish their first race, improve their time and/or take their running to the next level.

Classes start Aug 3rd and are offered every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. We will meet in Edworthy Park and run along the Bow River Pathway and on various hills in Edworthy Park for the next 8 weeks.

This 8-week program will include:

  • interval training
  • hill training
  • tempo runs
  • form improvement
  • full body strengthening
  • running education (footwear, hydration, recovery etc)

Cost of the program: $60 + GST.

Drill Fit

Is an all-inclusive physical training program that combines the knowledge and benefits of working with a personal trainer with the motivation of a group atmosphere.

Drillfit uses military style training techniques that are designed to help you:

  • Decrease your Weight
  • Tone your Body
  • Increase your Strength
  • Increase your Endurance
  • Improve your Health
  • And allow you to feel Great about yourself

Be prepared to work hard, have fun and socialize while we endure the elements in Edworthy Park. This class is designed for individuals with some exercise experience.

Class runs Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm

Cost for 8 week fall session is $200 + GST
Cost for 4 weeks is $120 + GST
Drop in fee: $20

Hourglass Class

This class is designed for women of all shapes and sizes. Together you will lose excess weight, tone your bodies, and feel great about yourselves.

Class Runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00am.

$250/month plus GST.
Drop in fee: $25

Mom and Tots

If you have a hard time finding a sitter for your little one, bring them with you. Share fun time with your kids and do something great for yourself.

Class runs every Thursday at 12pm in the studio at The Riverside Club.

Cost for 8 week session is $100 + GST
Drop in fee: $20

Indoor Bootcamp

For individuals of all fitness levels. This class takes you through a variety of exercises and circuit training. Put your kids to bed then come join us for this late evening class.

Classes start March 1st and run every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the studio at The Riverside Club.

Cost for 5 week fall session is $62.50 + GST
Drop in fee: $20

Outdoor Bootcamp

For individuals of all fitness levels. This class takes you through a variety of exercises and circuit training. Put your kids to bed then come join us for this late evening class.

Classes start April 5th and run every Tuesday at 7pm in Edworthy Park.

Cost for 4 weeks is $60 + GST
Drop in fee: $20
